It is important for parents to be continuously informed about their child/children’s progress at school. Therefore, listed below are the ways in which the Sacred Heart School communicates with parents.
PARENT COMMUNICATION
One of the greatest factors that affects student success is parent-teacher communication. In the event parents/guardians have questions/concerns regarding their child, he/she is required to adhere to the protocol as follows:
1.    In an effort to respect and sustain strong, open parent-teacher communication, the
  respective teacher/coach/faculty member should be contacted before administration in
  regards to any concerns, via email, phone conference or through scheduling an in-
  person parent-teacher conference.
2.    In the event the issue has not been resolved within a reasonable amount of
time, the parent/guardian may contact the principal via email, phone conference or schedule an appointment by contacting the office.
3.    If the issue remains, the parent/guardian may contact the pastor by calling the church rectory during business hours.
