HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS HONORED FOR EXHIBITING A SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE!

For the first time ever, our high school chapter of Student Council was awarded the 2025 National GOLD Council of Excellence Award by the National Association of Student Councils in recognition of our students' exceptional leadership, service and community engagement. In order to receive this award our student council had to meet a variety of criteria, including requirements for leadership development and service to the school and community. Mrs. Maxine Manuel and Mrs. Denise Fontenot worked extremely hard with our Student Council officers in making this happen by submitting artifacts, information and pictures of service and leadership projects completed by our students throughout the school year. This is a HUGE accomplishment for our school!
