Trojan "Light 'Em Up" Project Update

February 6, 2024For over two years, one of our main fundraising projects has been our replacement of the football field lights. We are very blessed and fortunate in that the project has become a reality and all lights have been installed. While we have received $282,895.61 in pledges and donations, we are currently $166,484.39 away from the final cost of $449,380 for this project. This is a huge accomplishment for our school, and we thank everyone for their commitment and generous donations.

This project could not have been possible without the help of funding from Sacred Heart School combined with many generous donors, individual alumni donations, the Sacred Heart Foundation, PTC, Blue Gold Champ Club, alumni classes, our churches, Giving Tuesday and SOLA Giving Day.
Let’s show our competitive Trojan pride and spirit by giving back to our school that not only provided an exemplary Catholic education, but also gave us so many treasured memories………and Light ‘Em Up!!!!
The Alumni Class challenge continues! The alumni classes that raise the most funds for the Light ‘Em Up Challenge will be honored during a presentation before the first home football game of the season after the project goal has been reached. A commemorative recognition containing the top winning classes will also be located at the football field as acknowledgement for their contribution to the project. Our alumni challenge results are currently as follows:
