2nd Annual 

Drive Thru Veterans Day Parade 

Friday, November 10th at 1:30 p.m. 

 

~*All veterans are invited to participate*~ 

 

Information for veterans wishing to participate:

• Veterans may begin lining up in their vehicles (or golf carts) at the Sacred Heart Church parking lot at 1:00 p.m. The parade will begin at 1:30pm. 

• A special treat will be provided to all veterans in the parade once they drive under the high school pavilion. 
• Veterans never have to get out of their vehicle!

 

Information for the public wishing to watch the parade: Members of the public are invited to join the honor guard beginning at the high school softball field and continue onto Trojan lane until the stop sign. Bring your lawn chairs if you prefer to sit! Public parking on Beech street along the canal and in the neighborhood. 

 

Parade Route: The parade is open to the public. The parade route will begin at the Sacred Heart Church back doors with a firetruck leading the way. The route will continue along East Pine Street, then turn right onto Trojan Lane. It will then continue and turn right at the first drive way to the high school pavilion, go under the pavilion and stop a minute to receive a veteran thank you treat, then exit the pavilion, turn right and continue until the stop sign at Main Street. Parade route will end.
