Students must have official, diocesan approved field trip requests properly signed by the parent/guardian to be able to travel with a school group to an off-campus activity. Telephone requests and/or other communications by parents are not accepted as permission for travel. It is mandatory that all Sacred Heart School parents/guardians, volunteers and chaperones have up-to-date Safe Environment training certification in order to provide assistance with the students.
