Throughout the school year, pictures will be taken of student projects and activities across the school campus. Students’ pictures will also be taken and may be published on the Sacred Heart School website, LCD monitor in the high school Commons, Trojan Tracks and local newspapers. Sacred Heart School reserves the right to use students’ pictures for these purposes. Continued enrollment of a student at Sacred Heart constitutes the consent of his/her parents/guardians for the use of the students’ picture in school publications, school Website and school advertisements in print and broadcast outlets.

The school has a contracted photographer which is Angela Deville, owner of Deville Photography. The school’s photographer attends numerous school-sponsored events, athletic competitions, etc. and is the only photographer authorized to be in prohibited areas for all school-sponsored events including but not limited to dug outs, sidelines, courts, playing fields/areas and gym floor.
