Families are expected to timely honor their financial obligations to the school. Student transcripts are the property of Sacred Heart School. In the event of a delinquency of outstanding balance owed to the school for tuition and/or fees, the Sacred Heart School Administration reserves the right to:
Deny/Suspend a student’s registration for the following school year;
Withhold the student’s final grade(s)/transcript until all financial obligations are fulfilled; and/or;
Deny/suspend parent and student access to school and student information on Renweb.
REGISTRATION
Fees and tuition are determined by the Pastor with the assistance of the Administration and Sacred Heart School Advisory Council and are subject to change. Registration is held in February of each year.
Currently enrolled students are allowed to register first.
Re-enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year will be held February 2nd – 6th, 2026.
New students will not be able to register until February 16, 2026.
Registration is completed online via the school website @ shsvp.com.
All new students must upload the following online:
birth certificate
baptismal certificate (if applicable)
First Communion certificate (if applicable)
immunization card (or waiver)
social security card
The following non-refundable fees apply to all registrants:

Annual Maintenance - $225 per family
Diocesan Tax (Student Assessment Fee) - $24 per child
Enhancement Fee - $75 per family*: Monies are used by the Administration for school enhancement projects, instructional and non-instructional purposes. Participation is mandatory for all families. The fees will be collected with annual book fees.
Athletic Fee - $75 per family*
Delinquency Fee– A $10.00 per week delinquency fee is assessed for any untimely fee payments.
Anyone not enrolled in automatic draft for incidentals and if incidentals are not paid in full by July, 15, 2025, he/she will be charged an additional $50.00 fee.
*Family-based assessments include one fee for all children legally domiciled in the same household.
TUITION/FEES NON-REFUNDABLE In the event of a natural disaster, disease outbreak or any other circumstances which, in the judgment of the school administration, make it is infeasible, unsafe or otherwise imprudent to continue campus-based education, school shall resume as soon as practical via distance learning and/or other methods adopted and/or developed by the school administration and faculty. Due to continuing financial obligations relating to operational costs, including administrative, faculty and staff salaries, there shall be no suspension, reduction or refund of tuition or applicable fees.
Information Regarding Tuition Increase and Discounts
There was a $10.00 increase in tuition for the 2025 – 2026 school year.
There has not been an increase in registration fees for the 2025 – 2026 school year.
Families with three (3) children enrolled receive a $45.00 per month discount.
Families with four (4) children enrolled receive a $115.00 per month discount.
Families with 5 or more children enrolled do not pay tuition for the 5th child.
Families with 6 or more children enrolled do not receive a discount for the 6th child or thereafter.
No out of church parish fees
The completed registration form and fee must be submitted online for all returning and new students.
Sacred Heart School requires that the annual Diocesan Tax (Student Assessment), Maintenance and Registration fees be paid by the designated date in the spring of each school year.
FACTS Fee - 12 payments (July - June) - $55 per family
Payment in Full - $25 per family, due the last week of June each year.
A 3% discount if the entire tuition is paid by the designated due date. NSF FEES If a tuition draft or any other expense check is returned NSF, FACTS will send a notice along with a $30.00 NSF fee added to the amount due. In the event a family has 3 consecutive items returned NSF or has a total of 5 NSF items during a school year (July – June), the family will be required to pay the tuition balance for the remainder of the school year in full, with a certified check or money order within 15 days’ notice. Then, going forward, said family will then be required to pay the annual tuition in advance with a certified check or money order until the finance committee approves their return to monthly drafts. A Grievance Committee, consisting of the Pastor, Administration and Advisory Council Chairman will review any hardship cases. Reimbursement of Funds If a student withdraws from Sacred Heart School during the school year, extra-curricular fees will not be refunded and all remaining book fees must be paid in full. In the event the school is not notified by the first business day of the month the student is withdrawing, the parent/guardian is responsible for the full month’s tuition whether the student attends or not.
